Soft Calender used in Paper Machine

The soft roll calender is mainly composed of a cold cast iron roll which can be heated to regulate temperature and a soft roll which can control height and coated with elastic materials on the shell. The width of the soft roller pressure area is up to 5-10 mm, which is 5-8 times of that of the general calender.

The auxiliary system includes: heating system, floating roll hydraulic control system, hydraulic cylinder control system, soft roll surface temperature control system.

ink absorption, strong printability.
