Fine Screen System Of Waste Paper Pulping Line

Waste paper pulping is the preceding process of base paper production. Excellent waste paper pulping process is conducive to reducing the production cost of base paper and improving enterprise efficiency. Waste paper pulping process includes: waste paper crushing, purification, screening, concentration and other processes. Purification consists of high, medium and low concentration cleaner, screening consists of coarse screening and fine screening. Fine screening system consists of multi-stage pressure screens in series, usually three stages. The former stage of pressure screening sludge enters the latter stage of pressure screening for screening. The good slurry returns to the former stage of pressure screening or merges with the former stage of pressure screening slurry into the next process. The slurry of the last stage of pressure screening is discharged directly. The main purpose of using multi-stage pressure screen in series is to reduce fiber loss. The slag discharge rate of general pressure screen is 15% – 20%, that is, the fiber loss of three-stage pressure screen is 0.34% – 0.80%.
